AC 27; Fort +16, Ref +19, Will +22
HP 135, rejuvenation, void healing; Immunities death effects, disease, paralyzed, poison, precision, unconscious, bleed; Resistances all damage 10 (except force, ghost touch, spirit, or vitality; double resistance vs. non-magical)
Rejuvenation (divine)

If he's destroyed, he rejuvenates in 2d4 days unless the Bastardhall Curse is lifted.

Void Healing

A creature with void healing draws health from void energy rather than vitality energy. It is damaged by vitality damage and is not healed by vitality healing effects. It does not take void damage, and it is healed by void effects that heal undead.

Speed fly 25 feet
Melee Ghostly Hand +21 (agile, finesse, magical), Damage 2d8+12 void
Blasphemous Decree (divine, mental)
Frequency once per round

Effect Eragayl points out a creature he can see within 60 feet with his blade, proclaiming them to be heretics deserving of death. The target creature's faith quakes and strains under the decree, and the target creature must attempt a DC 29 Will save with the following effects. Worshippers of Shelyn gain a +2 status bonus to this saving throw. This ability replaces the ghost mage's arcane innate spells.

Critical Success The creature is unaffected. If the creature is a worshipper of Shelyn, Eragayl is Stunned 3.

Success The creature takes 2d8 mental damage.

Failure The creature takes 4d8 mental damage. If the creature can cast divine spells, it's Stupefied 1 for 1 round.

Critical Failure The creature takes 8d8 mental damage. If the creature can cast divine spells, it is stupefied 1 for 1 round and can't cast divine spells for 1 round.

Frightful Moan (auditory, divine, emotion, fear, mental)

The ghost laments its fate, forcing each living creature within 30 feet to attempt a DC 29 Will save. On a failure, a creature becomes Frightened 2 (or Frightened 3 on a critical failure). On a success, a creature is temporarily immune to this ghost's frightful moan for 1 minute.

Reminders of Life

Eragayl is shocked if anyone addresses him by the nickname his wife Tasifinie had for him: "tiger." The first time someone does so in a round, Eragayl must attempt a DC 35 Will save to avoid becoming Slowed 1 for 1 round by the distraction. If the person who used this name on him openly wields Fearcutter, his memories usurp his nature automatically; he shrieks in rage and turns his wrath on Irrokcis instead, cursing his son's name as he uses a combination of Blasphemous Decrees and Telekinetic Assault on the lich for the rest of the combat.

Telekinetic Assault (divine)

The ghost cries out in pain and anguish as small objects and debris fly about in a 30-foot emanation. Creatures in this area take 6d6 bludgeoning damage, subject to a DC 29 basic Reflex save.
