Mocking Invisibility

You are the relentless pursuer of your prey that nobody else can see. You can cast 4th-rank Invisibility as an occult innate spell once per day. When you cast invisibility this way, you select one foe within line of sight. They can see you as if you weren't invisible, but they also take a –2 circumstance penalty to their Will saves and Will DC for as long as you are invisible and within their line of sight. If there is no foe within line of sight when you cast invisibility this way, the spell fails.
