Unfaltering Ranks

You know all too well the dangers of succumbing to fear, and you know how to remove this weakness from your allies. Attempt an Intimidation check, comparing it to the Will DC of allies in a 60-foot emanation who can hear you. Each of them is temporarily immune to this ability for 10 minutes.

Critical Success The ally gains temporary Hit Points equal to twice your level that remain for 1 round. The ally gains a +10-foot circumstance bonus to their Speeds for 1 round. Reduce the ally's frightened value by 2. If the ally wasn't frightened, they instead gain a +1 circumstance bonus to saving throws against fear for 1 minute.

Success The ally gains temporary Hit Points equal to your level that remain for 1 round. The ally gains a +5-foot circumstance bonus to their Speeds for 1 round. Reduce the ally's frightened value by 1. If the ally wasn't frightened, they instead gain a +1 circumstance bonus to their next saving throw against fear they attempt within the next minute.
