Extremely Haunted Hollows

COMPLEX HAZARD 7
Stealth +17 (expert)
Description The spirits of innumerable dryads and peaceful wood elementals, ripped from their bodies as they were turned into furniture, writhe and seethe, lashing out at both living and undead alike.

Disable

DC 23 Diplomacy (trained), DC 23 Nature (trained), or DC 23 Religion (trained) to set the spirits to rest or DC 27 Deception, DC 27 Intimidation, or DC 27 Occultism to convince the spirits that their eternal rest is coming soon.

A PC may make a Strike against AC 22 to destroy a single table or chair in the room, this functions as a successful check to Aid another PC attempting to disable the haunt; two total successes are required to disable the haunt. If all of the tables and chairs are destroyed, the haunt is temporarily disabled until dawn of the next day.

Warped Wood
Trigger Any living or undead creatures approach within 30 feet of the haunt's locus (the center of the open balcony) inside the tavern

Effect The haunt makes a table flip Strike with a reach of 20 feet against a random creature in the area, and then rolls initiative.
Melee Table Flip +18 (reach 10), Damage 2d10+9 bludgeoning
Melee Chair Toss +18, Damage 2d10 bludgeoning

No multiple attack penalty

Routine (two actions) The Haunted Hollows haunt uses table flip or chair toss Strikes at different creatures in the area, favoring those who are trying to disable the haunt first, but otherwise choosing randomly. The table flip Strikes originate with any table in the room, destroying the table in the process. The chair toss Strikes originate with any chair or bar stool in the room, destroying that object in the process. If the haunt is not disabled, these objects reform and return to their original positions at dawn of the next day.
