Disable DC 14 Survival or DC 14 Thievery to remove the slippery coating or any ability that turns the area into difficult terrain.

Trigger A creature walks into the greased area
Effect The triggering creature must make a successful DC 12 Acrobatics check to avoid falling Prone. The area is uneven ground.
Reset Manual, reapply the wax.
