Blast-Off Bottle (Moderate)

This metal canister of explosive compounds is inspired by the blastpack, simplifying the technology for day-to-day use—though only a goblin could say what daily tasks warrant such a tool. Each creature in a 5-foot emanation from you takes the 3d6 fire damage with a DC 26 basic Reflex save; a creature who fails the save is also knocked Prone. Then, you Fly up to 20 feet and land prone; this movement doesn't trigger reactions.
