Debilitating Dart

Forged from black steel, this +1 striking returning dart is etched with runes that shimmer with an iridescent glow. A creature struck and damaged by this dart takes a –2 status penalty to its next saving throw against a magical effect within 1 round. The target then becomes immune to this effect for 24 hours.
