Leaden Weight

This simple lead weight is inscribed with Petran runes. When used as a catalyst to cast a Gravity Well spell, the lead sublimates into an acrid gas, which then clings to the targets' legs and feet. A creature that fails its saving throw is also knocked Prone after it moves.
