Applying this clear yellow oil on a lock makes it easier to pick. Anyone attempting to Pick the Lock within the next minute gains a +3 status bonus to the Thievery check. In addition, the first time during that minute that anyone gets a critical failure on the Thievery check, they get a failure instead. There's only enough in this tiny vial for one lock.
