Martial Mayhem Mutagen (Moderate)

Your senses sharpen and your mind floods with tactical opportunities, overwhelming your foes—though the rush of possibilities can overwhelm you instead.

Benefit You gain a +2 item bonus to skill checks to Disarm, Grapple, Reposition, Shove, and Trip, and your melee Strikes deal 1d4 additional precision damage to Off-Guard creatures. When you succeed at a melee attack roll, the target is off-guard to your next attack roll against it before the start of your next turn.

The duration is 10 minutes.

Drawback You take a –2 penalty to Will saves, Intelligence-based skill checks, and skill checks to Sense Motive. When you fail at a melee attack roll, you are Clumsy 1 until the end of your next turn.
