You conjure a great silver lance and hurl it, piercing your foes. The spear is made of silver and deals 12d6 piercing damage. If the target is a fiend, it deals an additional (2 × the item's level)d6 spirit damage.

Critical Success The target takes double damage. If the creature is a fiend, the spear magically tethers it. For 1 minute, any teleportation actions it attempts are disrupted unless it first succeeds at a DC 11 flat check.

Success The target takes full damage.

Heightened (+1) The piercing damage increases by 2d6, and the spirit damage against fiends increases by 2d6.
